Tour de Bali: Seminyak Part 2

" May every sunrise hold more promise, and every sunset hold more peace" -Unknown-

One of our itineraries while in Bali (or a mission to be honest) was to catch sunset. You know how hard to see sunset in the big city, right? therefore, we hunted a place for the best spot to catch sunset. And after a complicated hunt, our final choice was Woo Bar At W Retreat & Spa Seminyak.

The Entrance. Found this place relied on GPS. And fortunately, this place not so far from our hotel. We only needed 10 minutes to reach here.

Composition plants and a lighting spot each 100 m i guess.

These are the pools and sunbed that only hotel guest could use this. Oh how i love this landscape. A great landscape work.

A seating. Another pink ones.

The Stairs. Looks stunning even in the night.

It's Woo Bar where people who are not hotel guest could see sunset here.

It's a beach club, people. No wonder there's a DJ performance too.

Sunset seekers were here on time. Chilled out and ready for catch sunset!

Already found out that those palm trees behind made a great background for us to took a snap. Haha.

W is for waiting.

Even in evening this place still stunning. Can't hardly moved my ass from here.

What a pleasant view. The sky was adorable, Subhanallah..
Promise to myself  if one day i have a chance to be here again will find another spot to catch another sunset.

Tour de Bali: Seminyak Part 1

"Rest in reason, Move in passion" -Kahlil Gibran-

Finally, we arrived in Seminyak after a long trip brought us here. Almost 2 hours. Thanks to this hotel which could take us to the hotel from where we stopped by in Legian. So here it is, the next place where we stayed till the rest days. It's Centra Taum Hotel.

A welcoming pond. Feels so fresh.

A receptionist seating. The semi outdoor one. Loves the color combination of those pillows.

What we've got in our hotel room. Pantry and also a welcome drink.

A king sized bed plus big LCD TV ( Didn't know which inch it was)

A Balcony. Too bad our view wasn't good that time. So we didn't like spent time there.

An outdoor corridor.

A paddy rice field beside our hotel.

Right in front of our hotel room. Landscape meets industrial concept.

Having our breakfast here.

The lobby. Modern and feminine.

The pool and sunbed.

Tour de Bali: Ubud

"Ubud, wrapped in wisps of morning mist, is Bali's Jewel" -Unknown-

And the journey to find peace and harmony less than 24 hours in Ubud starts here...

Place where we stayed in Ubud. Less than 1000K/Night. Including Breakfast and shuttle service to center of Ubud every 3 hours. Who don't resist it, eh?

Wooden House. Feels like in a real village.

Sour yet fresh welome drink in a hotty hot day.

The Infinity pool. Quite small but it's not a big deal.

The Bathroom. So clean and organized. Well done.

The semi outdoor shower. Because westerner loves this much. Urgh!

Little bar and the good thing was,  our view was wild forest that you couldn't find in Kuta or Legian. Yiha!

Gotcha! yeah, it was the view. Priceless

Dining at Kebun Bistro. Two days in a row eating pizza. Sickness. I did miss rice.

Tastes of Gelato.

At Gelato Secret, Ubud

Taken right in front of our room window after we arrived in our villa. We left our hearts and souls here. See ya next time, Ubud!

Tour de Bali: Pandawa Beach

"At the beach, life is different. A day moves not from hour to hour but leaps from mood to moment. We go with the current, plan around the tides, follow the sun. We measure happiness by nothing we can hold...nothing we can catch. Everywhere...life is jumping and elusive and momentously momentary"
-Sandy Gingras-

And the journey to find the beach starts here...
Peek-A-Boo!

The sun is rising. Well, we came a little bit late when the sun was ready to rise. But no worry since it's dazzling.

Beach and sand. Just like me and you.

Cliff around the beach.

This is the well known Pandawa beach, people.

With my Tour de Bali partner.

Don't know which one Pandawa is, since so many sculpture there (yes, all the characters on Bali folk story was made into a sclupture by government). But this is awesome. The biggest sculpture i've ever seen.
